Because our coaching is based on group collaboration and/or e-learning programmes, investing in yourself can be up to five to six times more affordable than with other coaching or psychology practices.

1-on-1 coaching

Do you want to get rid of feelings of low mood, anxiety, or other symptoms, but would you prefer one-to-one support rather than a group setting? That’s absolutely fine. Together, we will look at your support needs and develop a suitable plan.

In one-to-one coaching, you work with a coach on your personal goals. The approach is based on psychological research, meaning evidence-based methods are used that really work.

Together, we look at your thoughts, behaviour, and habits. You learn how to deal better with stress, build more self-confidence, and make more effective decisions. This is done step by step, in a way that suits you.

The coaching uses techniques from psychology, such as:

  • recognising and changing helpful and unhelpful thoughts

  • building new, healthy habits

  • strengthening motivation and focus

The aim is that you don’t only grow during coaching, but are also able to continue independently afterwards.

In short: practical support, based on science, focused on lasting change.

This coaching is suitable for people who want to actively work on themselves and are open to change. You do not need to have major problems — it is about growth and personal development.

It is a good fit for people who:

  • often feel stressed, insecure, or stuck

  • want more calm and clarity in their mind

  • want to work on self-confidence and personal growth

  • struggle with certain habits or behaviour patterns

  • want to make better choices in work, study, or personal life

  • want to define their goals more clearly and actually achieve them

It is also suitable if you:

  • prefer a practical approach (not just talking, but doing)

  • are open to new insights and exercises

The power of a group

Group coaching

Join others with similar experiences and take on the challenge of dealing with your low mood, anxiety, or other symptoms. Support each other while completing assignments and gain new insights about yourself through the experiences of others.

Our coaching for depression or low mood consists of 12 weekly sessions of 2 hours, with a 15-minute break. During the first session, you get to know the rest of the group and are placed into your own practice group of four people, with whom you will arrange additional meetings during the week. The approach is based on psychological research, meaning evidence-based methods are used that really work.

Together, we look at your thoughts, behaviour, and habits. You learn how to deal better with stress, build more self-confidence, and make more effective decisions. This is done step by step, in a way that suits you.

The coaching uses psychological techniques such as:

  • recognising and changing helpful and unhelpful thoughts

  • building new, healthy habits

  • strengthening motivation and focus

The aim is that you don’t only grow during coaching, but are also able to continue independently afterwards.

This group coaching is intended for people who experience low mood or depressive symptoms and want to actively work on them. You are not alone: contact with others can be a real source of support.

It is a good fit for people who:

  • often feel low, empty, or tired

  • experience less enjoyment in things they used to like

  • tend to overthink or have negative thoughts

  • withdraw socially or find it difficult to connect with others

  • want more structure, energy, and direction in daily life

It is also suitable if you:

  • want to find recognition and support in others

  • want to learn from each other’s experiences

  • want to gradually get back into action

  • are open to practical exercises and new insights

  • are willing to share something in a safe setting

It is less suitable if you:

  • are currently in an acute crisis or need intensive one-to-one treatment

  • do not want to speak or listen in a group

In short: for people with depressive symptoms who want to work on recovery together with others, in a safe and practical way.

Then sign up for our e-learning modules.

With this e-learning, you will independently work on your depressive symptoms. You will get access to all materials and exercises from the group sessions, so you can work at your own pace.

The approach is based on psychological research. You learn step by step what helps you feel better and how to apply this in your daily life.

You will work on:

  • your thoughts, behaviour, and habits

  • recognising and changing negative thought patterns

  • building helpful routines and structure

  • increasing motivation and energy

Everything is clearly explained, with practical exercises you can apply straight away.

You work independently, whenever it suits you, and in a way that fits your needs.

The aim is to teach you how to help yourself — now and in the future.

In short: working independently on recovery, with practical tools and evidence-based methods.

This e-learning is suitable for people with depressive symptoms who want to work independently on their recovery, at their own pace and in their own environment.

It is a good fit for people who:

  • feel low, empty, or lacking in energy

  • experience reduced motivation or fatigue

  • struggle with negative thoughts or overthinking

  • find it difficult to maintain structure and daily routines

  • are looking for practical tools to feel better

It is also suitable if you:

  • prefer working independently rather than in a group or one-to-one setting

  • want to learn at times that suit you

  • want to work step by step through exercises

  • are open to new insights and willing to practise

It is less suitable if you:

  • need direct personal support or regular contact

  • are in an acute crisis or require intensive treatment

  • find it difficult to motivate yourself without external support

In short: for people with depressive symptoms who want to work independently and in a practical way towards recovery.

Get unlimited access to the full depression coaching programme for €50 per month. Complete the entire programme at your own pace, or purchase individual one-to-one sessions at a reduced rate whenever you need them.

Payments for the e-learning modules are also counted as a deposit towards a group programme. This means you can try the e-learning for up to 6 months on your own, and if you then decide to join the group, you can receive a discount of up to €300.

Aftercare is just as important

RPV group

Our relapse prevention group meets once a month and provides a safe, supportive environment for anyone working on their recovery. During the sessions, participants actively help each other prevent relapse, share experiences and strategies, and discuss challenges they encounter along the way.

In addition to supporting recovery, the group also offers a regular moment for social interaction and strengthening connections. It is a space where you are heard, can both give and receive support, and stay motivated to take positive steps in your recovery process. Together, we build resilience, self-confidence, and a stable future.

Stay connected with the Cogninova community after you have completed the coaching. You will retain access to our e-learning platform and gain access to our exclusive monthly relapse prevention groups, where you can receive support and help others prevent relapse into a low mood.

This group is suitable for all participants of previous Cogninova coaching programmes.

You will retain access to all previously completed e-learning programmes, can purchase additional individual sessions at a reduced rate, and are automatically invited to relapse prevention group activities, webinars, and more.

If you follow the agreed conditions set at the beginning and do not achieve the minimum results*, we assume that we have not been able to provide you with what you deserve. You will receive a full refund (excluding the value of any extras used), and you can seek support from another coach or allow us to help you with a referral to specialist mental health care.
